Meet Our Team
Grant Doutt- CMI/ Owner
Grant founded Four Corners in 2019 and built it the hard way — inspecting homes on his days off while holding down a full time job at Lowe's through the COVID years, until early 2021 when the phone was ringing too often to do both. He hasn't looked back.
He came to inspecting with an unusual résumé for the trade: 30 years in operations management, plus years in the field as a rough-frame carpenter and drywall finisher. That combination shows up in every report — he understands how a house goes together, and he runs an inspection the way he ran teams: organized, on time, and with nothing left unexplained.
Grant is a Certified Master Inspector® through InterNACHI, a certified Commercial Property Inspector through CCPIA, and a Phase I Environmental inspector, with additional certifications in wind mitigation, 4-point, mold, wood-destroying organism, sewer camera, and solar system inspections. More than 1,000 inspections and 260+ five-star Google reviews later, his standard is still the one on the door: Legendary Service ~ Beyond the Inspection.
Grant and his wife Kathy, who runs the office, live in Clermont. Faith, family, and a healthy respect for good technology drive everything they do.

Kirk Curtis CPI
Kirk joined Four Corners in 2026 with more than 11 years of hands-on experience in the trades and inspection work — general remodeling, glass installation, carpet repair and cleaning, and residential home inspections. That's a background built on fixing things, not just looking at them, and it gives him a working knowledge of how a home is put together, how it wears, and what proper workmanship looks like next to the kind that needs a second look.
He found inspecting the way a lot of good inspectors do: a real estate professional who knew his attention to detail and his integrity told him he'd be good at it. He was right. Kirk is a Florida-licensed home inspector and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, and he inspects to the Four Corners standard on every job — thorough, honest, unbiased, and explained in plain English so clients can make a confident decision on one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
Born in Georgia and a Floridian since 1996, Kirk is a husband, a father, and an active member of his church community. His faith and his commitment to serving others show up in the way he treats every client — and every house — as if his own family were moving in.
